Posers

I know I'm not the first to riff on this, but I just had to get my two cents in there.

The MWAC recently updated its logo (possibly to distance themselves from the times when BYU graced their ranks) to this new gem, dubbed "the rock."

See? Cuz, the M and the W together, they look like a rock. What? You don't see it? 

But c'mon, Mountain West. You didn't have to be so transparent. I mean, we all can see who you're trying to emulate. But really, you'll never excite that much anticipation in the hearts of your fans as this beloved logo has. Sorry.

Aren't you getting chills just looking at it?

Nice try, Mountain West. Nice try. But not nice enough.
